This site presents the marketing consultancy, brand direction and communication services provided by the owner, publishes opinion articles and offers a contact form. No products are sold and no services are contracted through the site. Engagements are formalised outside the site through a written proposal, as described in section 6.
Access to the site is free of charge and makes you a user, which means you accept this legal notice in the version published at the time of access. You agree to use the site in accordance with the law and this notice, not to damage or overload its systems, not to attempt to access restricted areas without authorisation, and not to reproduce its content beyond the uses allowed in section 4. The owner may withdraw access from anyone who breaches these terms.
The texts, design, name, RP monogram, videos and photographs on this site belong to the owner or are used under licence (images from Adobe Stock and Pexels, each under its own terms). Third-party logos, names and products shown in the case studies belong to their owners and are displayed only as a reference to work carried out. You may quote short excerpts from the articles provided you link to the source. Any other use requires the owner’s written permission.
The client area is a private space for clients with a project in progress. Access credentials are personal. The client is responsible for keeping them safe and for reporting any suspected misuse. Content published there is confidential and may not be shared with third parties without permission. The owner may suspend access when the project ends or in the event of use contrary to these terms.
Services are contracted through a written proposal that sets out scope, timeline, price and payment terms. Prices are stated in euros and exclude VAT unless otherwise indicated. The proposal prevails over the general information on this site.
If the client is a consumer, meaning a natural person acting outside their trade or profession, and contracts at a distance, they have fourteen calendar days to withdraw without giving any reason, in accordance with Articles 102 to 108 of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 (the consolidated General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users). If the client asks for the service to begin during that period, they will pay for the proportion of the work already carried out. Once the service has been fully performed with the client’s express consent, the right of withdrawal lapses. Between businesses and professionals, the terms agreed in the proposal apply.
Since no products are sold on this site, there is no refund policy other than what is described in this section. The free thirty-minute introductory session offered on the site does not oblige you to contract anything and does not constitute specific professional advice.
The owner works to keep the site running properly and its information up to date, but does not guarantee that it is free of errors or continuously available. The owner is not liable for damage arising from service interruptions, telecommunications network failures, viruses or other factors beyond the owner’s control. The articles and opinions published are informative in nature. Decisions you make on the basis of them are your own responsibility. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only and imply neither endorsement nor control over their content.

The owner may change this notice and the content and configuration of the site at any time. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its update date.
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the city of Madrid, unless you are a consumer, in which case the courts of your place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
